As a seasoned Senior Media Executive and News and Current Affairs Producer, Farhan has established and led both print and electronic media organisations. His skills span television production, audio-visual scriptwriting, creative writing, media training, media law, and radio production, coupled with proficiency in public affairs reporting, project management, business development, strategic market planning, team leadership, and event management.

Throughout his distinguished journalism career, Farhan Aslam has interviewed notable global figures, including George W. Bush, Tony Blair, Benazir Bhutto, Nouri al-Maliki, Nick Clegg, and Jack Straw, among more than 100 other prominent politicians and celebrities worldwide. His strategic vision has been pivotal in launching over a dozen satellite TV channels in the UK, successfully transforming several digital satellite channels into profitable ventures. As the inaugural breakfast show host on ARY Digital TV, Pakistan's first private satellite channel, and on FM 100, the country’s first private FM radio station, Farhan has made significant contributions to media innovation.

To date, he has presented and produced over 4000 shows across various TV and radio stations in both England and Pakistan, created more than 60 documentaries, and authored over 1500 articles, columns, press releases, and news reports in both English and Urdu.

  • Served as the Head of Communications, Marketing, and Engagement at NHS, managing employee communication and engagement for over 7000 employees, newsletters, website, intranet, external communication, and communication for various ongoing projects across multiple locations. Additionally, I conducted and presented the annual staff survey report to the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team, and managed Government and stakeholder relations.
